Refunds:
We have a ‘no link’ policy, which means that if the client feels that in the 1st 5 minutes of a credit card reading that they have not made a link with their psychic then we will put them through to someone more suitable. On the very rare occasion this finishes in the same way, then a refund will be given.
Cancellation:
We do not except cancellations. Any payment made will be held in credit for the client to use within 30 days.
